Learning about what your personal patterns are can help you get the upper hand on managing a chronic illness.

When do you have the most energy? Morning/afternoon /night?

When during the day do you have the most pain?

When are you most motivated to do something creatively or productively?

Being aware of these things and scheduling your day based on your peak and valley times can make life a little easier, less draining and more productive. It will help for you to be a more accurate communicator with your treatment providers.
